Out of Hours Policy:
Please note that the front desk will be closed at 8pm every evening.
At the chiropractor's discretion, we will continue to take out of hours appointments but these must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Please note these will be non-refundable.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to ask at front desk.
Cancellation Notice
We appreciate that people are busy, so we ask everyone to respect our cancellation policy.
We ask that if a patient is unable to attend their appointment that at least 6 hours notice be given so that that time can be offered to another patient who may not have been able to book in. Failure to do so could result in a missed appointment charge at the full fee. But we have many reminder options, so ask our front desk team for information.
