A chiropractor can help people of any age, shape or size, from a newborn baby to the elderly.

Chiropractic is non-invasive, and drug free. We help your body to help itself by removing the barriers to your recovery.

If left unchecked, a minor accident or injury can lead to a lifetime of pain and suffering. With gentle adjustment techniques, we can restore your natural balance, posture and movement, releasing irritated nerves (commonly referred to as 'pinched' or 'trapped' nerves), relaxing muscle spasms and therefore allowing your body to get on with the recovery.

ITRM - The Concept

I = Injury - T = Treatment - R = Recovery - M = Maintenance

I = When most people first think about attending a chiropractic clinic it is because of an Injury, such as a sprained ankle, acute low back pain, or chronic headaches to name a few conditions, (there are many more we can help!)

T = Selecting and receiving the correct Treatment is our job here at ITRM. Treatments will initially be frequent (in severe cases this could be as much as three times a week at first), then as the patient improves the frequency drops off to once a week and then every 2 weeks and so on.

R = Recovery takes time but generally within 2 weeks symptoms should reduce, here the patient will be encouraged to begin to look after themselves and we would then move into the most important part of the process.

M = Maintenance here the initial symptoms can be prevented from returning and other problems can be picked up whilst still relatively minor. We then recommend a visit frequency between once a month to once every six months depending on the condition and the patient.
